Today started at 6:00 central time with a glorious 6 hour ride to Grayson, GA. Along the way there was sleeping, sleeping, and more sleeping. Our last performance at Chestnut Grove Baptist Church was filled with lots of mess ups and laughs, but was in essence a successful final performance.
After various pictures outside, we circled up for our final Bible study. The word of the day was COURAGE. This word touched the seniors because they are embarking on a new journey where courage is a necessity.
All the seniors want to express our love and admiration for Mrs. Eckart and Mr. E for sticking with us since sixth grade. Through the good times and bad, they have always been there to help us, encourage us, and love us. They are like second parents to all of us (except Jenny who is actually their child). We will never forget the impact they have made on our lives, and will always keep them in our hearts! We love ya'll!!!!!
The night ended with tears of joy and reminiscing of choir tours past. Our senior class is a cohesive unit, great friends, and most importantly a family. We will miss each other terribly, but this isn't a goodbye...just a see ya later!
